Who am I?

Maybe I’m the one you’ve been waiting for… If so here’s a few things you might want to know…you’re never as strong as you think you are….

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. Yoga is one of the six Āstika (orthodox) schools of Indian philosophical traditions.

There is a broad variety of yoga schools, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. The term “Yoga” in the Western world often denotes a modern form of hatha yoga and yoga as exercise, consisting largely of the postures or asanas.

The practice of yoga has been thought to date back to pre-vedic Indian traditions; possibly in the Indus valley civilization around 3000 BCE.


Here’s what I’ve learned..

  • You’re never as strong as you think you are….you’re much stronger.
  • I should have started yoga in my early teen days
  • The pleasure is in learning the truth how you can believe in yourself.
  • Change in life is a series of a roller coaster….sometimes it happens fast and slow without our knowledge.
  • Yoga helps to open your mind body and soul in such a way that you have never imagined before.
  • Believe in myself is one of the best decision I’ve taken.
  • Being able to express yourself truly to the world is far more better
